Book Your Hypnobirthing Course
The Hypnobirthing group course in Cork consists of 2 full days tuition. Classes are held mostly on Saturdays (scroll down to see dates). All course materials – course companion manual (digital), support materials and printable affirmations, relaxation tracks are included in costs, along with light refreshments. I also offer ongoing support and advice right up to and after the birth should you require it.
The course can be started anytime after 14 weeks into your pregnancy- right up to even 38 weeks you can still learn the techniques.
**CLASSES FILL UP REALLY QUICKLY SO IT IS ADVISABLE TO BOOK EARLY!! **
The total cost of the course is €295 for you and your birth partner to attend and this includes your hypnobirthing digital manual, relaxation tracks and a practice guide.
A deposit of €100 is required to secure your place on the course – due preferably 2 weeks before course commencement.
If paying deposit only when booking, your balance amount is €195, payable at the 1st class or via PayPal prior to first class (this applies to both private and group options).

May 2018: Sunday 13th & Sunday 20th (10.30am-3.30pm)

If paying a deposit now – the balance is payable at the first class OR via PayPal on this page the week prior to first class date.
