Class Dates

Group classes are held at Bru Columbanus Centre in Wilton, Cork,(opposite the Cork University Hospital) 

Classes are small, informal and relaxed.The course can be started anytime after 13 weeks into your pregnancy- right up to even 38 weeks you can still learn the techniques.

The course consists of 4 sessions each lasting approximately two and a half hours
 The total cost is €295 and this includes tutoring, the official HypnoBirthing® book, 2 CDs and all notes.Refreshments will be provided in a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere and the only thing you need to bring is yourselves.

 A further one hour individual session is included should you require it for any reason related to your pregnancy.

 In these difficult economic times I do not want anyone to miss out on classes.
For that reason I am offering a payment plan
 
€100 deposit required to secure class place
 and the balance can then be paid in two installments
