To book a course please take the following steps:

2. Download and complete booking form outlining your preferred dates

3. Email or post the completed booking form to Claire

After Claire has received your booking form and deposit ( see step 4 ), your place will then be confirmed.
4.Use our secure PayPal online payment system to pay a deposit (non - refundable) or pay in full for classes. (If paying a deposit, the balance is payable at the first class.)
The course consists of 4 classes of approximately 2.5 hours duration.Classes are held on Saturdays (see class dates above). All course materials (book, handouts, relaxation CDs) are included in costs, along with refreshments. I also offer ongoing support and advice right up to and after the birth.
The course can be started anytime after 13 weeks into your pregnancy- right up to even 38 weeks you can still learn the techniques. Mostly, classes are held on a weekly/fortnightly basis

The total cost of the course is €295 (€265 till August) and this includes the HypnoBirthing® book, two CDs and all notes.
Group classes are highly recommended as you have time in between sessions to go home and practice, with a chance to return each week with questions. You also get a chance to meet other pregnant mums & couples who are due about the same time as you and you will hear questions which you may not have thought to ask yourselves.
I am pleased to offer the option of private classes to couples who feel they would benefit more from this, where I will come to your home at a time convenient to you,or can be held at my therapy room at City Gate in Mahon, Cork.
The benefit of private classes is that they can be tailored to suit your individual needs and you have the freedom to explore issues which are important to you. All I would ask is that if you are having classes in your own home, that you minimize disruptions as much as is possible, so that you can fully benefit from your HypnoBirthing® course. Private classes cost €330
If you would like a group class with a friend in either of your own homes, this can also be arranged (the cost of this is €230 per couple).
A deposit of €100 is required to secure your place on the course - due preferably 2 weeks before course commencement. The balance is payable at the 1st class.
I believe that the privilege of HypnoBirthing® should be available to all women no matter what their circumstances. So please do contact me for alternative payment arrangements if this fee is difficult for you.
